What this API does not do or claim.
- This is a self-hosted runtime host. No hosted service, upload, publication, account, or sync exists.
- Detector output — speech activity, language ranges, acoustic classes, speaker clusters, separation stems — is not transcription, understanding, or translation.
- Coverage, citation closure, receipt integrity, and structural QC are not semantic quality.
- Private captions and artifacts are not publication.
- No self-improvement gain is claimed. The measurement machinery exists; a proven gain does not yet.
