Captions And QC
Private caption candidates, verified timed lines, and structural QC. Captions are private artifacts, not publication. The default host fails closed with 409 until a review approves the run; responses labeled test executor require an opt-in host configuration. The host runs structural QC automatically when a caption create succeeds.
